I’ve been wanting to do this properly for ages. The original Daydreamer contains of the greatest riffs of all time, after all. And when I first tried it, on 3rd Hand Wire Riffs, I wasn’t as good as I am now. I didn’t have the skills I needed to do it justice….
I started working on this version for ATD20, but Lacey didn’t get his vox over in time. He was in Hollywood at the time though, so I forgive him. Anyway, it all worked out perfect, as this was the first thing he vocalled when he returned to London this year. and we got the GANG on it!
