In case you hadn’t guessed, the premise is this: every song on this mixtape samples a 1990s indie/britpop/whoteva song. Or is a cover version of one. Every song, bar two co-produces, was produced by me, and recorded in my flat. I am all over it, but my friends guest on lots of the tracks. It is ace on stilts. Oh, that picture above was taken by a nice girl in a green dress – who asked me to play Joe Mangle once, which I have never done, and perhaps ought – at that gig we did in Cardiff last week or whenever it was. She took lots more, including a nice one of Martin and Tobe performing as Bravecaptain that she said was Zabrinsky. Whoo!
